I speak Lithuanian, a bit of Russian and of course English.

For me it really depends. When I think about topics related to the English language I suppose I think in English a bit.

I mainly think in Lithuanian. Though, as odd as it might sound, the way I think is usually by planning out whatever I am thinking for in my head, so I then think in the language that I would need for the thing that I am planning for.

do you think you’d get a headache if you thought a word in one language and the next in another
I sometimes do that and its not really noticeable, it's strange that I always switch up languages mid convo

i do not vocalize particularly much, hard to tell really what is what, think it's a mix. During periods where I've been learning new languages I often find myself occasionally vocalizing in that language, though.

But i hear voices in both english and swedish, of course
