ive updated the drivers for her graphics card

ive cleared out the fans

ive sacrificed a goat

all i get on google is forums which tell me to do shit i dont really understand or shit really overcomplicated

explain it to me like im 5 please

apparently a driver issue?? doesnt necessarily have to be graphics but strange issue, googling this gave not much other than a few losers who got this during league of legends matches

one of your drivers are shite, maybe its corrupted on the disk or isnt the correct one for it
just do a factory install and dl the drivers from the website specificly for your device

if i was in your (her) position i'd save everything that needs saving and reinstall windows 10 from factory
