Bug Buying Lighter = Robbed

Me and some other bloke tried to buy a lighter.

NPC took our money.

NPC didn't give either of us a lighter.

Can confirm no lighter was given from two separate NPC's.

This happens for all the things not just lighters, you need to relog for the item to appear

When I bought two lighters and relogged I only got one. Bought one lighter from 2 npc's.

There wasn't a quantity indicator like with food/drink.
