Sorta. You can bring back the characters name, personality and traits, but that's just about it. Relationships, Scripts and memories of events and people can't be brought over unless you have OOC'ly agreed to be in a pre-made relationship with someone else's Character beforehand. If not, then your character is pretty much on the same page as those who have decided to make completely new Characters.

Yeah exactly.

Nova Prospekt is a one-way trip for like, 95% of people. This is just a processing camp on the outskirts of '17. People come, get processed, then get sent back to the city, sent elsewhere or sent to a conversion camp.

Hence why it's taken five years because imagine doing this for every single human you can grab.
