cant see chat

can only see this chat bar and when i type in it nothing happens, can't see the chatbox, can't move it. ill try reinstalling the game later to see if it magically fixes itself but so far i haven't found a solution

Did you check your in-game Helix settings, there is a scale slider for the chatbox. Try adjusting that friend.

youre able to resize the chatbox without the Helix menu.

Press Y and just move your mouse to the bottom right corner of the chatbox as you would with a normal window.

i did that as well and it wouldn't let me resize it at all. either way i fixed it by reinstalling the game thanks for your help
