Can't sign in on PC via Steam

So I got a new PC.

And I need to sign in on my PC to neblous. But when it directs me to Stream and I put down my username and password.
It just does nothing.
Like nothing almost as if I refreshed the page but my username and password are still there.

And it's annoying me

Try using another browser to whatever you're currently on and see if the issue persists

Been trying to download other internet browsers.

But they just turn into Exe text files.
And I dunno how to make them run as proper Applications.

Same with teamspeak

sounds like you have a virus. if it's a fresh install of Windows, was it from a legitimate disk or other source? if it was from another source, get in contact with me on steam.

If you have win10 you can do a fresh reinstall and reformat, just start it from your settings
