cant type number 1 and 2 in game chat (sometimes)

hi, what the title says


Every now and then i cant seem to type the number 1 or 2, IN CHAT, but they still function normally as gun selection. when I tab out they work normally and perfectly too.

This has been happening to me for a while i just never cared too much but now i decided to post here in search for help
