PREPARATION PROCESS

To Make 1 Serving:
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Water or Milk
- Dash of salt (optional; for low sodium diets, omit salt)
Boil water or milk and salt. Stir in oats. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.

CUSTOMER REVIEW
I need to know if this is Gluten free ? I love my oat meal and want to continue as a large part of my diet but I can not find this answer anyplace. So I am starting to think I will have to ditch my oat meal.....
