i ened a new chair the muscles on my back contract im on a shitty kitchen chair the world is so painful

please what chairs are good or comfortable or like what type make suggestions i have no idea what is good and bad i just dont want back pain at 30

if you can't find any that aren't ludicrously expensive locally, look online for secondhand stuff or something
