Bug Civil Authority Employees can't open Combine doors

Bug: Civil Authority Employee whitelist holders can't open the Palace doors

This is an issue as these guys need to be able to come and go in order to work with the Council whitelist holders. I'm sure it's a simple case of whitelisting the faction to be able to open map combine doors as CAB can.

I think forcefields should stay shut to you that's a bit too much, just the doors

It means you need to clock in and out of the palace

cus most of those doors lead to transhumans' base

there is two doors inside the palace which prevent access to the upper floor where they work

just put a combine lock on the nexus doors if its really a problem

I was talking about those doors but I thought you were referring to the inside doors for some reason 💀💀
