Suggestion Classes for Combine Lock

Suggestion: Add the ability to select classes in addition to factions in combine lock access editor akin to the vendor editor.
Why it would be worth adding: QoL. Useful if you want to restrict an area to RLs/Elites rather than all cops/ota
