Wanted to move the posting of Cold War Era pictures into its own thread, for sake of convenience and that the Discussion thread doesn't get filled with pictures.
You can use these in the upcoming Stasiland documents as refrence pictures or if you just really enjoy looking of pictures from the Cold War Era.
All pictures i posted are free to be used in documents, threads etc. Whatever floats your boat.
And anyway, lets keep it civil and on the topic.

Something in found aswell when looking for pictures or just surfing different forums i found a movie called ''Cold War''
What seems to be a gold mine for refrence pictures, i'm not sure but the last ''Civilian / Goverment Offical'' might be from the movie, not sure.

If you know some of the key events in the cold war, you can get some interesting photos. Try things like Prague Spring, 1956 Hungarian Revolution, Bay of Pigs etc
