Suggestion Combine/ breakdown medical scripts - crafting recipes

Suggestion:
New set of crafting recipes that would allow players to combine a set of lower grade medical scripts into a higher grade item in the category.

Combine medical kit recipe
- Medical gel
- threaded suturing needle

- 2 Sterile bandage

Why it would be worth adding:
Gives the ability for medical flag holders to combine an excess of weaker medical items into more potent options
and in reverse, allows non medical flag holders to break down scripts they can't use into items which they can.

good for emergency use, or consolidation of items.

Necessary content: Crafting approval, new recipes.
