Who do you think would win or be stronger if the Combine and the Galactic Empire from starwars were at war. I would like to discuss this topic here.

The Union have, from what we can gather, conquered multiple Universes.

The Empire, as much as I love 'em, struggled to expand across the galaxy without falling to rebellion, their own corruption and the fact they're almost entirely based around military expansion. They haven't done anything close to conquering a universe.

I mean even in the game, we see unused units (crab and mortar synths) in the citadel That were presumably bought in from another planet so who's to say they don't have anything else

Hey guys, let's just narrow this down eh? Perhaps the OP meant the Combine as in the forces controlling Earth and not the entirety of their inter dimensional dictatorship. If the combine really thought the Empire was enough of a threat to mobilize their entire military for the sole purpose of defeating the imperials, then yeah combine would win. But it's more likely the Combine will be too busy conquering other entire universes to care.

The myth that stormtroopers can't hit anything comes from when Han, chewie, and Luke rescued Leia from the Death Star, the stormtroopers were ordered to deliberately throw off their aim so they don't hit the band of rebels, the reason for this was they put a tracking device on the Millenium falcon to find the hidden rebel base. Evidence for this can be found during the scene after the escape. As admiral tarkins tells fader that he's risking a lot letting the rebels go, and that the tracking device better work. Also after the Death Star blew up, the rebels got nearly annihilated at the battle of hoth. Plus Obi wan remarked the blast marks left at the destroyed sand crawler, saying that only a stormtrooper can have such precision shots.

Question is kinda pointless because conjecture is the most we can come up with. While there's quantifiable information on Imperial military strength and resources and all that fun shit online, we know fuck all about what the Union has outside of what we've seen on one planet in one galaxy in one universe that they've controlled.

• they enslave other species
• they are at least type 3
• they are multidimensional
• they have an incredible army capable of taking over an entire planet in 7 hours
• they can harness dark matter
• they have antimatter weaponry
• they have plasma weaponry
• they have propellant-less flight (see dropships and gunships)
• they have an organized, massive military consistent of various species and robots, likely in the trillions

what we know about the galactic empire from episode 5:

• they took over the entire galaxy through political conquest
• they have star destroyers roughly 1.137km in length capable of holding thousands of soldiers and roughly 485 different vehicles including but not limited to spacefighters gunships interceptors and walkers
• they have a massive military consistent of conscripted or enlisted soldiers easily in the hundreds of billions if not trillions, trained by clones of a notorious mandalorian bounty hunter (fuck you disney hes a mando)
• they have class 1.0 hyperdrives, i.E. the fastest possible in star wars logic
• they have plasma and laser weaponry
• they have a moon-sized space station able to destroy an entire planet in a single shot

the combine would win, not only from superior technology but from their almost unanimous consciousness thanks to combine control

it wouldn't take 7 hours at all itd probably be years if not decades to take over the entire galaxy full of populated planets with various aliens of different forms

and if we count in other militaries like the grand alliance of the republic, the hutt crime lords, mandalorians and fuck all from the expanded universe, the combine can have a hard time
