Yea, used a console command to freeze my char with the correct animation, also using a freecam.
The command is tfc 1

I see where you're getting the comparison from, does look like something I'd try to make.

Though @Cookie_-Chan's is of a quality I can't quite achieve yet (i suck at sfm so i only use gmod). Looks very nice, the soft lighting is beautiful.
