The Universal Union

A advanced inter-galactic civilization that has “peacefully” incorporated multiple other races/species into it’s ever-expanding empire. The UU is a ruthless civilization that is hell-bond on taking over the Universe. And destroying everything that opposition the Union. Anything that is not with the Union, is against the Union. Their citizens can live in relative peace and can live a normal life for the most part. But with the Union constantly at war and rebellion moments everywhere in the more less “developed” planets. It’s considered rare to live a “good and peaceful life” unless you’re living on one of their developed planets.


Earth (The Citadel)

Earth is technically it’s “capital city” because there is only one city in Earth, the Citadel. The Citadel is located right on the now-long gone city of Moscow. The Citadel has one massive tower that is the heart of the entire city itself and is just called The Tower. Everything relies on The Tower for it’s power, communications, technology etc. Besides the The Tower there is many other smaller towers are labeled C-1 to C-10 and the area around the smaller tower that it controls is labeled S-1 to S-10.


The Galactic Union

The Galactic Union is the central government of the Universal Union. It controls Internal and external affairs in every aspect. The “rulers” of this all-powerful government are called Our Benefactors. Highly intelligent beings capable of telepathic and supernatural powers. The Galactic Union commands without question, anything that denies its authority is immediately silenced. Besides being all-powerful the Galactic Union is highly well-organized and can send its commands to anyone within the matters of hours. And can resolve internal issues relatively easy with no fighting. But not much is known about how it works besides these few points.

The UEA is the new government established in August 2072 consisting of Korea, China and Japan now working as a single country, with the original countries names and locations now regarded as counties, or states. In addition to the main three are many smaller countries that have initially joined or later joined under their banner, in addition to any countries originally part of the main three such as Tibet.
The UEA does not fall under the description of communist or capitalist, but instead had developed and established their own ideology for their citizens, in the UEA citizens will never be unemployed for long periods of time, being assigned to jobs in government run organisations and industries such as manufacturing, farming and military. Business also are required to pay increased amounts of taxation as they develop, with the largest businesses being able to face up to 20% taxation on their profits each year, with this Tax evasion is more heavily punished in the UEA than most countries, with punishments going as far as business ownership being handed over to the UEA government, (With any shareholders outside of majority owner being compensated for lost shares.) Which is then used to employ more citizens into the workforce.

The country's capital resides in Beijing, China, however all three of the major states (china, Korea and japan) have their own sub-capital where their government operates, each year the government meets within Beijing to discuss their politics and plans for the future.

The UEA not a full democracy, believing that business and media risk being too strong with corruption to allow for what is best for their people, instead the country has a roster of Political members in each major state that are handpicked by existing members established in government, these politicians vote for the leader of their state, and in turn the state leaders alongside their advisers vote for the president of the UEA, who oversees and directs each individual state throughout the year and at the annual general meeting.
In 2072, the first leaders for the UEA were selected based on the current country leaders, with Tsao Deshi of China assuming the role of president of the UEA. Yang Sui-yen the head of the China state, Nagahama Hiroya the head of the Japan state and Sin Seung Gi the head of the Korean state.

The UEA is currently allied with Russia while facing political tensions with the European union and the United states. Australia and Africa however are neutral to the government. No countries however are on hostile terms, with the alliance with Russia, any potential for war has so far been very unlikely.

The UEA is the leading country in industry, being one of the main sources for manufactured goods and technology, in addition to this they have since gained a military on par with Russia, holding a large, but undisclosed number of troops, aircraft, Battleships and tanks. In addition to this it is rumoured by world governments that they hold a nuclear stockpile of 500+ nuclear missiles, however the UEA has refused to comment on the topic.
The economy of the UEA is stable, with a predicted number of 95% of citizens in employment, 50% of citizens however are employed in government controlled organisations and businesses.

The UEA has been regarded as one of the most competitive countries in business, providing some of the most efficient and long lasting technology. With the country criticising western countries such as the US for employing planned obsolescence and anti-consumer patents, policies and features in their products, which has lead the UEA to ban specific US goods, with businesses such as Apple and Microsoft being the most high profile cases of companies banned from trading in the UEA.

The whole nation outlaws the use of personal vehicles. Everyone travels by Gorvernment supported public transport. Half of the Nations GDP is being put into the Defence and Order sectors to ensure a 100% crackdown on any form of criminal activity.

The Capital City is the only City. The large forge that stretches Miles underground. Supported by specially developed system to supply oxygen and other resources to the deepest bunkers. For many it looks like this is impossible yet this is the most efficient to ensure an even supply. Especially since they Tax nearly everything from the citizens.

The Ruler of this Imperialistic hellhole is Christopher A. Bason. A Psychopathic warmonger responsible for 80000 deaths monthly. Since the Army and the Police work in tandem to enforce security for nearly every part of the Bunker island. there is little chance a revolt could happen. A loyality program ensures the safety of the loyal troopers family and friends. Due to this heavily militarized state the nation could be called a Dictatorship yet the General staff of the Navy likes to call it a Police state.

The Elevens have no allies left. Many pacts have been formed around and with the nation to fight others. Mainly the Red pact was created to battle a large force and the Trading pact's ensured its rapid growth of militairy might. often replicating or flat out stealing Technology used by his allies to improve it self.

This made the Eleven mainland a large staging front for many Large invasions. Being the most dominant Miltairy force and second in Economic strength. However lacking on the point of science and social benefits the the region they are located.
