they may be used during closed events or 110 slotters (something like revolution / toride / conflict) but that's all

as long as meme characters will be banned and ranks wont be given out to retards then it should be fine

Problem is that people are only able to speak up after stupid people do stupid shit. If they try to address stupid shit during the event, or address it while it's still happening, they'll just get their arguments deconstructed with the three magic words: "ur too serious", or any of its more or less desirable variants. I was a conscript back in 2017 or 18, when Twar still ran it with us, it was great. The 'nothing to do' impression disappears very quickly if you see what we did back then, we were on hardpoints, keeping citizens in line, requesting backup, etc. We weren't just a wannabe CP or OTA - since we weren't transhumans we could interact with rebels without instantly doming them, and maybe even make alliances.
The only reason it failed last time was the amount of mingery that got in which ruined the impression tons.

there's no excuse as it was present on the forums, in game and complaints from personal players im aware existed

the faction needed a complete overhaul when I was in, I believe that if people were admitted PROPERLY just the way CAB guards and CPs are there would be much less minging.

If we do it like its a Millita where we have training every now and agian and have deployments to the Outlands wall where we train or skirmishes with anti-citizens It can work, I've also suggested things in the past when we had india company such as doing bushcraft and shit icly or PT Training but i got told "There's somethings we don't rp" I think what alot of people here are is confused, We don't want a whitelist added, The goal here is to resurrect India company in the way it operated doing training events, And having us deployed for events however since Blackquil banned the event suggestion, We can't use the event server for it, It'd probablly make more sense we use the Litteral outlands that's been the topic of why we weren't able to use fakelands beacuse "We don't have an outlands" But now we do, and a decent sized outlands at that, Currently I hear rebels going on about there being nothing to do out there and I think some of that has to do with their being no threat from Overwatch forces in the outlands, If we had conscripts out there or even Overwatch Soldiers it would add another layer of defence for the city and an element that the rebels would have to be weary of icly instead of just running around the whole outlands like it's their personal playground with no threat of ever being harmed there outside of events or by another rebel.

Listen, I have the conscripts in 'CAB' for the sole purpose of an IC committee.

This committee draws up maps, and makes decisions like sending a few thousand conscripts to their death in Manchuria.

I personally don't want to see actual conscripts put back into the server. I believe conscript *events* would be nice, but not an actual roster and shit like CW.
