I think this video (as many of his videos do) has some merit to it. I don't think there will be a war at all. Maybe a lot of tension, but not a full blown war.

Edit: If Hillary does happen to become president and goes full retard starting pointless wars or doing other stupid shit, there isn't much stopping an angry mob of armed people (And maybe police/SS if they agree with the rioters) from killing her aside from morals and fear of death.
