It's not really that bad, the textures DO load in but sometimes don't (which is a common bug according to people), grainy static at reflections or random spots (something you'd see on a blender render), and TAA anti-aliasing that is overkill (which you can't disable for some reason).

Even with 3600x and 3060ti my frames are at 45-60 FPS. It's no biggie for me but my cpu temps are at constant 95 degrees.

really blurry graphics, textures don't load in and for some reason, static? the settings are at max and got a good toaster.
the plot is pretty good though, but the game needs a lot of polishing and doesn't catch a hook for me, personally.

Did you turn off grain chromatic etc in the graphics settings

Fixed it for me and I'm playing at 80% resolution scale
