Texture quality to low
Lower resolution (window borderless looks less shit than fullscreen)
Lower resolution scaling
Screenspace reflection to low
ambient occlusion low
Lower crowd density

It won't make the game run like a horse on speed, but I could at least hit a near-constant 59 fps on a diesel-fueled yugo pc.

Yet open world content is 80% like that unfortunately, nearly all the gigs I've done are borderline repetitive as well and I'm losing motivation to play it after I've done all the good side content, fuck.
