tough nurse is BBQ, ruin, nurses, and then you can run almost anything, MyC, Monitor, discordance, sloppy, pop, whatever. Ruin ain't even required if you're using omega tbh

Man I tried nurse for like 3 days and it's pretty hard if you don't have extra blinks, if someone walks thru u while phasing it's p hard to collect yourself and hit them

nurse is hard to get used to but pro nurses can blow me

leatherface is probably the best to get because of bbq so you can farm bp on normal killers


nurse and spirit are meta killers, and nurse basically cant be countered if you get really good

i dont play killer at all though so thats just survivors perspective
