germany and censoring/banning zombie games? no way

I think it’s because the original was banned in Germany and they didn’t want to send it back to the USK (Germany's game rating board) to be re-rated, the game would’ve easily been allowed if they sent it to them. That’s also why I can buy it as Austria uses the PEGI ratings like most other countries
