Nah. There's a "catchup" video and youtube is a good resource too.

It does yeah cause some combo's will auto-switch styles for you to complete them in the best way possible.

It's super dumb.

It really is.

The RE engine is fantastic and I'm really excited to see what Capcom do with it in the future.

It gets easier the more skills you have and the better you get at adapting on the fly. It's difficult at first with any character (especially Dante) mainly because you are so limited in weapons and understanding their skills.

Dante's the hardest to get into because you have four styles to switch between on the fly which modify the skills of every weapon depending on the style you are in. That's on top of weapon switching itself.
