Not talking about booze. Alcohol quickly loses its magic when you feel it the first few times and from there on it's just a vibe.
I'm talking about roleplaying after having taken other substances. Some people in the community are aware of this, Raiden, Lucid, Havok and a few others, but sometimes I just light a fat one and hop on neb, during which I have great roleplay.
Have you guys ever tried roleplaying while intoxicated under something else than alcohol? If so how did it go? Was it nice?
To open up the discussion I'll say this:
When I roleplay after smoking weed, I lose myself in the game and I literally become my character. For a few hours, any OOC concepts don't exist, I'm just fully my own character and act/roleplay accordingly. I don't think about IC consequences to my character's acts. What I mean is that I'm likely to take risks that put my character in more tricky situations, just because I don't think ahead. It's pretty nice because when your perceptions are altered due to these substances, you see things differently and you can continue seeing things that specific way even when you're not under that influence anymore. So you sort of gain a lucid vision of how things can be interpreted differently.
Anyways, just wondering - am I the only extrovert that does that? Is it seen as whack/weird? Do others do it? Would you ever try?
