Sandbox doesn't allow for any of that, UE4 does. Sandbox is effectively a dumbed down version of UE4 in it's current state which isn't really appealing considering UE4 toolset is already great.

so are you telling me you don't want source engine's lighting and a bunch of unfinished gimmicks in a UE4 wrapper???
