Ossip Kozlov

His father is from Ghana, his mother is from Russia.
His father came over to study.
His father wasn't really around to raise him, his mother did that.

this is something i've been doing some personal research into, the field of people of african heritage in the soviet state and army so that, if i get this character all applied for or even played i'm doing so from a position of knowing something about it. while what i know is limited it's something at least. really i dont want this character to be some special snowflake type, he'll be unique sure but i dont want that to be what defines him, i don't want this character's whole personality to be around what colour skin he has. i've already my ideas about how i want to play him and what i what factions i want him in but we'll see if it even gets the green light​

as a side note, i am extremely happy that this server scenario has such possibilities with it on what citizens can actually do in day to day life and that things like non-violent protest will be engaged with in a meaningful way other than **YELLO-11 rips back on the trigger, sending bullets to the individual with the intent to kill

so here is my idea for my citizen collective

im going to secure a spot on the mountainside/forest and make it into a camp for anyone to come by and associate freely, marginally out of the way and hopefully free from constant government supervision

economics of the group based on the principles of barter with outsiders, mandated distribution within K-2 members and occupation currency when forced to deal with capitalists under the control of the revisionist occupiers/profiteers

as a group founded in opposition to the war, K-2 officially operates as non-violent protest and agitation group formed with pacifist roots in the group's founder - Anna Thalmann

I say, by any chance you wouldn’t happen to have a match?

And the makhnivists were more a defence force rather then offensive, the only reason they fought was because the Germans and Russians kept bum rushing them.
