right i looked up a belt, got sent like 150 lightyears away whatever, 5 jumps no real biggie

get there, scan it, tiny hotspot, only thing on the belt. meh its something

i boost in and start pulse scanning, going around LITERALLY FUCKING NOTHING

i find ONE asteroid with fucking bromine in it and thats it, ive been to like 8 different systems now and im really annoyed

i also spent like 20-22 million decking out my asp explorer with this, WASNT CHEAP at least for me RIGHT NOW

thinking of going back to scanning planets but its so incredibly boring, heard passenger transport pays well but meh

You went DEEP CORE MINING? This early? I appreciate your bravery you fool, anyways you need charges which i hope you have to break the asteroid, first you also need to find the asteroid in general, which is VERY FUCKING RARE, and honestly I have PTSD from deep core mining void opals for 8 hours only finding about 13-14 of them.

They are VERY VERY rare, and you will see them very brightly lit, with experience it becomes faster but it's very hard in general.

got a ship, outfitted it with a better space jump module and engine/thrusters, got a detailed surface scanner

plugged my system into a database thing and it printed out water/earth planets worth 1mil a scan for me, like an hour later had around 25 million

Millions aren't much tbh, a good ship with a lot of good equipment might cost you in the 400 Millions-7 Millions if you really want to be the best there is.

Now average a good ship of your level you can be pumped up pretty good with about 70-150 Million if you are going combat no engineering.

But trust me you are always going to need more :3

Technically, you can affect the galaxy, if you kill a lot, or trade a lot, you can also join wars and affect the outcome of it in the system.

Eagles are very underappreciated, I love the imperial eagle design, for example, they are powerful and agile, combined with a wing of a stronger ship an eagle is a dangerous and formidable foe.
