Bug EMS don't get a bleep if you die by a cougar

Happened to me twice, checked with the EMS and they affirm that usually they get beeps when people get downed, but cougar attacks don't seem to trigger it. So it's just impossible to get any help if this happens (which is happening to me often when hunting)

yeah cougar deaths dont flag up as injured persons

Actually, if you get shot at by an NPC and get downed, it does, but for cougars it doesn't
