For most things, I'd say wait for the Flea Market if they're 'Found in Raid' as a bunch of shit like the Insulated tape is worth 45k.

When you unlock the Flea Market, making roubles turns into the easiest thing in the world. Just use one of the thousands loot runs on YT, you'll make +500k each run (~15 minutes). Therefore, just sell the shit now, since you need the money more right now, than when you reach level 10.

Went to Shoreline, climbed over the rock, took off my NVG to take a look at the sunset then got shot from behind. Killed them after full-auto spraying them.

Went to extract after looting and healing, all arms and stomach blacked out, then my screen started blacking out for some reason. I crouch down and take a look at my health and see 'Fatigue', then suddenly die.

Terrorwave man has died on Shorelines after killing the Surgeon scav boss and getting bonked by a BEAR with shotty and no armor. Now he's replaced by Tacticool man.

edit: aaand I just died from 7.62 US bullet to Head, ears from a BEAR gamer with no armor too.
the whole headshot mechanic is so fucking weird, it's either that you take it 500 rounds into your best chestplate and live, or 1 bullet into your head, ears-eyes and die instantly.
