Expiration of the Nuclear Treaty

Since the Nuclear Treaty between America and Russia is about to expire, what do you think will happen?
My bets are on the fallout sequel, with a side of a nuclear winter.

they'll probably start building up their arsenals again but I wouldn't consider this anything to worry about. God will come down to earth and livestream among us before the the us and russia launch nukes at each other. Biggest threats on the wmd front are North Korea and Iran but even then I doubt anything will happen, they're just political bargaining chips.

Doesn't matter now, America has declined to extend the treaty as far as October 15th 2020, I believe.
