The Citadel of Seventeen has gone ablaze, despite the attempted censurs of the media, it was impossible to avoid the spread of this simple truth.
Perhaps it was last week, perhaps it was a few days ago; it's gone all the same. A great singularity wiped out most of Ukraine, Seventeen with it - contact with the combine overworld is expected to have been cut off entirely, for now.
The suppression fields go overnight, the network of Citadels all converging on one fine point don't keep up. Resistance forces in the outlands are arming up, the great big conduit to set the world ablaze, to fight the common enemy of the world. Whatever your motives, whatever your side - you're stuck in the middle of it, with all the pressure of the mariana trench.
It was bound to happen eventually, twenty years mounted up to this - for some, acceptance, for others; the mounted grievances of a lost generation.

Q&A
What is this?
One month of dynamic Outlands roleplay, followed up by a month of Coast - and a few days of concluding revolution in a nearby City.
Event or general outlands roleplay?
While I'll be facilitating the start and the end of these three chapters, they'll be entirely dynamic, which means that when we're past the setup stage we're not going to be running it like Aurora, it'll be on the players to do their thing.
S2K or S2RP
Standard server rules apply, so it's entirely up to you.
Other general changes?
Doing away with the concept of "rogue rules", whatever your character decides to do during these troubles times, your character can do.
Can I apply for X and X base?
Occupy whatever base you want to occupy, resolve any grievances IC. This goes for both Union and Rebel players. Though the Union players will be starting with a base on all occasions.
What can I bring?
In large, whatever you can carry. We'll be mindful of the ammunition situation and give a good amount of stuff out.
