Thanks to @Ceb for giving me a translated version of the chart.
Here's a rough translation of the second news post.

''Primary schools will open in just over a week on Thursday, May 14th. The opening of primary schools has led many parents of students to wonder if it is safe to return to school.

We gathered frequently asked questions and answers to them.

Do I have to go back to school?

Due to compulsory education, yes, you have to go back to school. In Finland, compulsory education begins in the year when the child reaches the age of seven.

Can I be out of school because of a fear of corona?

Parents can apply for permission to be absent from their children, but it is up to the education providers to decide what is an acceptable reason for the absence. Absenteeism practices may, therefore, vary from municipality to municipality.

Can I continue home school?

Homeschooling cannot be continued, as such does not exist in Finland.- First of all, this type of homeschooling does not exist. In other words, we have been in a state of emergency for the last few weeks so that teaching within the framework of the law could have been arranged remotely, says Mari Sjöström, a specialist from the Finnish Association of Local Authorities.

How are breaks and meals organized?
Authorities give instructions to the school on how to proceed. This is the case, for example, with breaks and meals, for which schools have different frameworks. School meals are only organized with your own class or group. There is no dining in the canteen. However, the canteen room can be used in stages. School transfers are normally provided for eligible students.

How is hygiene taken care of? Do teachers wear masks?
Both children and adults should wash their hands whenever they come to school or early childhood education, as well as before leaving home.
In addition, hands are washed before eating, always when coming in from the outside, and always after sneezing or coughing. Good cough hygiene must also be ensured. The use of masks, on the other hand, is not recommended in schools or kindergartens.
For cleaning, contact surfaces such as door handles, armrests, desks, and tables, etc. are wiped several times a day.
The use of shared tools such as keyboards, tablets, or craft supplies should be avoided and your own toys should not be brought to kindergarten or school for the time being.

How can safety gaps be maintained in schools?
School space solutions must be implemented in such a way that there are fewer students in schools at one time than before. If necessary, empty teaching rooms can be used for this purpose. In primary schools, teaching groups are kept separate throughout the school day. In upper secondary school and optional subjects, the teaching group may change if the teaching cannot be implemented otherwise.

Is it safe to return to school?
Severe coronavirus is extremely rare in children and its risk is not increased in healthy or in children and adolescents with an underlying disease. The attending physician will assess whether a child with severe underlying disease can return to school or kindergarten. Children at risk for severe coronavirus disease are those whose underlying disease is otherwise at increased risk for serious infections.

What happens if someone at school is found to be corona positive?

A person with symptoms should not go to school or kindergarten.
If a child becomes ill during the day, the symptomatic child is immediately transferred to a separate room to wait for the parent under adult supervision. In this case, the adult avoids close contact with the patient, maintaining a sufficient distance. Symptoms should contact your health center and apply for a coronavirus test according to the instructions given there. The investigation of infection chains is the responsibility of the doctor responsible for infectious diseases in the municipality or hospital district. If coronavirus infection is detected in someone at school or kindergarten, it should be determined whether exposure has occurred and exposed should be traced and quarantined for 14 days. A person infected with a coronavirus must be out of school or kindergarten for at least seven days after the onset of symptoms, but longer if necessary so that he or she has been asymptomatic for at least two days before returning to school or kindergarten.''

Our schools are gonna be opening for 8th and 12th graders (I'm in the first category, so, 8th graders) for 2-4 weeks in June. We will get some sort of protection thingy and then some preparation each week for both materials that we are going to be doing exams out of, and then exam. Same for the 12th graders, then we're back home until September, probably we're gonna have to mail everything for highschool signups etc, and it is a probability online school will continue in September.
