im pretty happy with my current physique, some parts could maybe get some more definition more quickly but it's nothing that won't come over the coming few months

I do a bit of both, 4 weeks strength then 1 or 2 weeks hypertrophy then repeat
chest up and use a little big of legs to get the bar up, chest throws some upper pec into the lift and the legs help boost it upwhy’s my ohp such ass compared to everything else
can literally deadlift near twice my body weight for a 1RM but can barely ohp 30kg
