It's snowing.
But not how I remembered it.
A tendency to associate snow with the joyful days of Christmas have passed. Snow means cold, and cold kills.
It's been a while since the birds stopped chirping, church bells stopped ringing, people stopped smiling. Nobody in the town, nobody in the country, had the slightest expectancy of it occuring. After all, what government would abandon its citizens in an attempt to flee the country?
What 'unity' of nations would lock off a state, throwing away the key?
What team of communist-era scientists would deploy a malignant pathogen over their own country?
What... what kind of monster breaks down your door mid-sente --~
