Fixed Game stuck on workshop download

Hello, I didnt even download any workshop stuff today, and I see this. Its been hours and it has not downloaded a single byte. I have looked everywhere I cant find solutions, I cant start up Gmod, as it says its updating.
Help

try clearing your download cache

• from your steam client, open the settings panel by selecting "steam > settings" from the top left client menu
• in the settings panel, select the downloads tab and you'll find the "clear download cache" button at the bottom
• then select "ok" to confirm (you will need to login to steam again)
