The Custodials of Protocol have been integrated and established into the garrison. The Well-being and Psychological evaluation has been successfully conducted and adequate results have been analysed from which the listed conclusions arose. Extraordinary cases have been documented; such cases were isolated and resolved per instructions of the Custodials.
It has been concluded that the aforementioned eating disorders were the result of excessive stress, post-traumatic experiences, and the mourning process. Intervention has not been necessary at this time - especially given the limited variety of nutrition given the circumstances of the current deployment. The barren winter landscape has been a curse but also a gift at the same time. As various units within the garrison sought to take advantage of the snowfall and perform recreational activities in their spare time.
It is depressing to witness a Rank Leader selfishly abandon their duties and responsibilities to pursue their own ambitions. The roots of corruption have sprouted once more and undermined the very structure on which we stand upon. This act alone sincerely smears the prestige of the Garrison of 314. On the other hand, it serves to reinforce and justify the existence of the Custodials of Protocol - the monitoring and surveillance will double and cut deep into the most inconspicuous and hidden corners of the garrison. It is suspected that the aforementioned Rank Leader has been collaborating with the Order of the Bleeding Clamp, a self-obsessed cult which plagues the garrison unopposed.

The consumption of narcotics, the inconsistencies in uniformity, and behaviours which risk dividing the cohesion of the garrison have been documented and surveyed.
The Order of the Bleeding Clamp has been observed to be misleading units. Guiding unsuspecting functionaries away from their flock, abducting them, before preparing them for indoctrination into their misguided morals. Orchestrating an unsanctioned duel among other things, a deadly one on that matter. The volatile nature of the organisation has been a concerning one - especially when its behaviour has been consistent with a pack of feral dogs.
The lack of availability in memory replacement is prolonging the cancerous elements within the garrison. The amount of functionaries that are overdue for a form of memory replacement has been re-evaluated. The number increased from ~63% to ~81%. A significant increase. The new figures bring forward a troublesome concern that the cohesion and security of the garrison is on the brink of being fractured.
