New ip, new issues. Connecting via console netted a connection failed after 6 tries. Try adding server via steam servers/in-game, nets an similar message:

Trying to connect OFF of someone in the server via "join game" on their profile netted this result:

I think it could be related to your router and port forwarding, if that helps at all.

As of now it fixed. I do not know how it did, but if anyone has similar issues, besides aforementioned by Boots, try joining via gmods in-game server browser or if you have anyone in your friends list on the server, join them via friends tab on the server-browser. Or just try waiting. For me it took a day or so till it finally worked and I was able to join.
