Go to wherever you have RAGEMP installed, then go through the following list:

RAGEMP > client_resources > play.gta.world > gtalife > LockPicking > CEF

It let's you play the lockpicking game infinitely in your browser, just have to refresh the tab if you get it wrong or when you succeed.
