It's going to be a 110 sloter, ala' on the main server. So everyone has to participate if they wanna be on the server during the duration of the event, yeah. No signups.

You can use pre-existing characters or make new ones, everything will stay persistant once the event ends so long as your character didn't die, run off, whatever.

Cause I can honestly see the possibility here for people to just get some gear on conscripts, buddy up with their mates, go on a "patrol"" then instantly defect to the rebel zone.

still think it'll be an issue if every conscript can just go rogue without any regulation
