Pretty good if you're interested in learning a thing or two about how Valve thinks in their creative process, along with the Final Hours series.

Just play the regular game, commentary isn’t that good anyway

honestly I haven't played the game myself, I'm just watching the 2kliksphilip videos, but to myself, it seems really worth it. Valve gives a lot of insight on their development process and explain how they approached a lot of cumbersome difficulties in the game making process
