The 'resin' is Antlion resin. The Combine milk them for it, or harvest it from their giant hives in the Infested zone.

OTA also have "banter" of sorts sometimes.

this game is so bad ass. it feels incredibly intuitive. even taking ammo and resin is fun with the gloves.

anyone got any ideas? tried updating gpu drivers to the hla ones which has stopped the crashes being so often but its still happening

i would presume these ota aren't fully brainwashed/transhumanized during the events of alyx but thats my headcanon at least cause it would derive too much from hl2's stiff bois :^)
