So boys and girls, I found it. After years of searching it came up on my amazon

Amazon says it came out in 2016 but I definitely saw it before 2016 cause I was still in school

Either way boys, it's an utterly terrible film but I'm just happy to find it. Thanks for everyone who tried to help me on my journey
