it was also disabled because it wasn't suitable for a city rp environment

like people bhopping around while shooting made combat seem less serious and shit. Plus it was allowed on LP and that's where disdain for it came from

I think people bhopping around while shooting definitely is unrealistic, but running and gunning? I don't know man, people do that in real life too

It was, can confirm. The idea that conflict was to be a serious and careful decision on both sides, in combination with more limited ammo.
