Tbh.. making a giant character, then just eating constantly would be fitting and kind of a funny character concept .
Because you'd need so much more food and energy to fight and survive in a war.
Otherwise you'd just .. well, lanky and disproportionate.

Make new system so that if you're a ridiculous height (6'3+) your hunger bar depletes three times faster so you have to eat triple as much as a normal heighted person would eat
