It’s funny: I always thought that I would end up choosing to move on from this hobby because I personally was done with it. I never expected it to be because it as a genre had died out.

Not to say there aren’t servers still out there, but the further you go from these core communities the less alike it is to the formula that we’ve become accustomed to.

I never thought my desire to play HL2RP would outlast HL2RP itself; I thought it was going to be the other way around. It never occurred to me until just now.
