Description:
Having the fresh weed item equipped and opening the map simultaneously results in inputs being locked, such as not being to input any new inputs or input is constantly pressed down.
If on foot the inputs seem to stop, but can be gotten out of by falling over/tackling.
If in a car the inputs stop or are held down, resulting in an uncontrollable car, and falling over does not fix the issue.
Prerequisites:
Have a fresh weed item in your inventory or in a container.
Steps:
1) Equip (or have it equipped for you when dragged from a container) a fresh weed item
2) Open your map
