Suggestion houndeye/xenian act commands

Suggestion:
add some act commands for houndeyes/other creature factions (i have no idea how hard this is to do so feel free to shoot this down) - namely for houndeyes some of the sleep anims, watchtv anims, idle stuff etc

Why it would be worth adding:
looks nice, better passive rp

You wouldn't believe how much I used it in first helix iteration to look like i was peeking around a corner for rebels to notice.
