this isnt a question of if youve played it before its a Quite simple question of if u like the series
dont matter if u like the characters and story but not the gameplay or vise versa just if u are at all interested in the Video Game series

Yakuza is unironically one of the best games with one of the best story I've played so far

i'm calling out @walgreens. @walgreens doesn't like yakuza.

i'm at the start of yakuza 7: like a dragon
but i'm also replaying yakuza 0 since it's a game i glossed over and didn't realise how good it was up until i actually finished. i'll probably replay yakuza kiwami as well because i barely unlocked dragon style when i last played

i started playing Yakuza a few months ago after my buddy irl mentioned it to me, played 0 and Kiwami and im on Chapter 11 on Kiwami 2 atm, also have 1 and 2 on PS2 and the rest of the series via Game Pass and i'll pick up 3, 4, 5 and maybe Dead Souls for a laugh on PS3 once ive got mine sorted
really enjoyed 0 and Kiwami and ended up sinking in 60 hours in 0 and 40 into Kiwami, series has a pretty banger OST too and id imagine i'll enjoy the rest of the series bar 6 atleast
dont really like Dragon Engine much thou, makes it feel more like an RPG grind than a fighting game, wont be a problem on Like a Dragon because its actually an RPG game but it really doesnt fit well with in fighting imo plus Yakuza Kiwami 2 and thus id imagine by extension 6 has this weird issue of fights being far too easy in 99% of encounters and then jumping straight into hellish such as trying to fight the tigers, Man in Black and Akira Yamaoka
