Suggestion: Reduce the requirements for crafting smokes.
Why it would be worth adding: To smoke is to live.
Necessary content: Remove the cloth scraps and ciggie carton requirement, only tobacco and paper for handrolled. You don't need a filter, neither do you need some pack to store it in to roll yourself one and enjoy it :D

Because most recipes right now are intentionally, obnoxiously and tediously grindy for CityRP
