The Engine itself? A clusterfuck of code that's not fun to navigate.
But the game? Genuinely really fun, and works great as a template for roleplay due to just how much you can literally do.

first game i was a chaplain
was preaching my religion of islam like a cringe 15 year old
guy came up to me
asked about my religion
talked to me for a while about my religion
started strangling me
i didn't know how to get out
he slammed me onto the table
started to choke me
he whispered "this is gods work"
i just went along with it
he said "allahu akbar" and then exploded on top of me
i exploded with him
he had the mission to assassinate me and to die a glorious death

kept coming back since for a multitude of reasons
the game is great

In one of my first games, I got handed some pizza and was told to deliver it to the captain without opening it... So I did and we all exploded. Great game.

i tried my hand at trying to code some things for it (since TG has a bounty board where people will pay you money to code their dumb ideas) and it doesn't seem too harsh to code, the worst thing about it is understanding how Github works for me
at the same time too tho most servers have their code bases already set up for anyone to grab and make a server out of

Tbh, I'd probably just drift around and see what the rest of hl2rp has to offer. I enjoyed my time here, I don't necessarily think any of my characters have really effected anything on the grand scheme of things sure one of them did a thing with the CAB, but I doubt any of those mfs remember me.

I suppose it'll be another one of those things where I regret not joining earlier.

We're not looking to end, we're looking to move forward and past GMod RP.

Well, for sure it'd be interesting to see how that pans out. WW3RP and FTRP had solid overlap with what majority of neb could access, and those didn't last as long as hoped. Not that I don't want you guys to do new things, but I worry anything outside GmodRP only gets a fraction of the playerbase involved.
